What are the upcoming changes? 
 

Starting November 13th, 2023,  the transaction and payment of your Autodesk Subscription will take place directly with Autodesk and through your Autodesk Account portal.


Both new subscriptions and renewals will initiate from the Autodesk system.
You have the flexibility to make payments for agency products using credit cards, direct debit, Purchase orders & financing directly within your Autodesk Account.

As a first step in the process you will be required to set up Autodesk as new vendor in your system. 


What will NOT be impacted?

 

  • Your primary contact for all purchasing and account-related concerns will continue to be VINZERO | A2K Technologies.

  • Technical support & Services will continue to be provided by VINZERO | A2K Technologies.

  • We will continue to offer our specialized expertise and consulting services for both pre-sale inquiries and post-sale support. 

  • Your existing software subscriptions or purchases will remain unchanged.

  • Payments for your Support and services will remain unchanged.

  • If your Autodesk Subscription included any A2K offerings they will continue the same.

Current Autodesk Subscriptions:​

If your current Autodesk subscriptions are due for renewals before 10-Feb-24 you can process them by 07-Nov-23.
