Eligibility:
This promotion is open to customers who purchase new Autodesk software or switch their Autodesk licensing to VinZero A2K Technologies. Employees of VinZero A2K Technologies, their immediate family members, and individuals involved in any part of the administration and execution of this promotion are not eligible.
Promotion Period:
The promotion begins on 13 November 2023 and ends on 18 December 2023. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will be disqualified.
Entry:
To enter, customers must complete a purchase or licensing switch within the Promotion Period. Each eligible transaction counts as one entry into the prize draw. No additional purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
Prize Draw:
A 'Wheel of Fortune'-style draw will be conducted on 20th December 2023 to determine the winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize:
The prize consists of 4 VIP tickets to the Australian Open including Bar Atrium Brunch. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the VinZero A2K Technologies’ sole discretion. VinZero A2K Technologies reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.
Notification:
The winners will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase or switch. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days after the date of the first attempt to contact him/her, VinZero A2K Technologies may select an alternate winner in his/her place at random from the remaining non-winning, eligible entries.
General Conditions:
VinZero A2K Technologies reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond VinZero A2K Technologies’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by VinZero A2K Technologies in its sole discretion.

By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless VinZero A2K Technologies and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
